Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the DeltaBeds platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. The Service is intended for B2B use by licensed travel agencies and tour operators. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Account Registration

To use DeltaBeds, you must register for an account by providing accurate business information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. DeltaBeds reserves the right to verify your business credentials and suspend accounts that fail verification.

3. Service Description

DeltaBeds provides a B2B hotel distribution platform that aggregates hotel rates from multiple global suppliers. All rates displayed are NET rates in EUR. You may add your own markup when selling to your clients. DeltaBeds does not guarantee the availability of specific hotels or rates at any time.

4. Booking Terms

All bookings are subject to the specific cancellation policies displayed at the time of booking. Confirmed bookings are binding. Cancellation fees may apply as specified in the booking terms. DeltaBeds acts as an intermediary between you and the hotel supplier.

5. Payment Terms

Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed. All payments are processed in EUR via Stripe. You are responsible for any applicable taxes or fees. Late payments may result in account suspension.

6. Loyalty Program

DeltaBeds offers a loyalty program where 1 point equals 1 EUR. Points are earned on confirmed bookings and credited after guest check-out. Points expire 24 months after being credited. DeltaBeds reserves the right to modify the loyalty program terms with 30 days notice.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for legitimate B2B travel business purposes. You may not use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the platform. You may not share your account credentials or API keys with unauthorized third parties.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on the DeltaBeds platform are owned by DeltaBeds. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

DeltaBeds shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to DeltaBeds in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the relationship at any time. Upon termination, any outstanding bookings will be honored per their original terms. Unused loyalty points will expire 90 days after account termination.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Belgium. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Zaventem, Belgium.

12. Changes to Terms

DeltaBeds may update these terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
